VIBRATORY HAMMER MAIN FEATURES OF A CRANE SUSPENDED TYPE
- BASE OF CARRIERS
From model ranging SGV-80 are designed and powered by BRUCE power pack horse powered from 200~800 HP. A crane suspended is the most common type of using it and otherwise it can also be applied for leader guided type for the intension to obtain more precise pile driving work. Maximum line pull extraction is designed from 25~80 tons.
- NEW CONCEPT OF VIBRATION CASE
The eccentric weights rotate in a vertical plane to create vibration in the vibration case. The eccentrics are gear connected to maintain proper synchronization. Vibration proof, qualified gear and eccentric to gear fasteners are guaranteed to never fail. Extremely low vibration created environmentally friendly low noise and localized directional vibration.
- QUALIFIED ELASTOMERS
The Suppressor Housing contains Elastomers to isolate the vibrations fron the vibration case to the crane or pile driving rig. Mechanical stops prevent Elastomers which take a roll as a shock absorber from stretching during operation. Elastomers provide a minimum of 90% of vibration isolation for equipment and personal safety.
- BRUCE CLAMPING SYSTEM FITTED FOR SHEET PILES
The sheet pile clamp contains two gripping jaws, one fixed and moveable jaw. The clamp cylinder is provided with a pilot operating check valve that keeps clamp cylinder under pressure in case of hose damage. BRUCE sheet pile clamp has a well organized pile guide in order to grip a pile more easily and take more comfortable position. Clamping force is designed form 45 ~200 tons for Universal use.
- BRUCE CLAMPING SYSTEM FITTED FOR CASING PILES
BRUCE casing pile clamp will help you drive more productive no matter what you are driving of all type of casing piles. BRUCE casing pile clamps available with 45 ~280 tons of clamping force for special requirements of pile driving. Clamping force is designed from 45 tons to 280 tons for casing piles of our model however, we can also supply more smaller or bigger clamps upon customer request.
- MAXIMUM PILE AMPLITUDE
Precision cast high density eccentric moment combined with a low mass transmission provides the maximum possible pile amplitude. It shows exceptional performances both temporary constructions and fixed constructions. Amplitude is designed from 0.875 ~1.22 inch.

- High efficiency Rexroth & Doosan motors by the gear housing consisting of other components like eccentrics, gears, shafts, and bearings deliver power energies to the pile through the durability test on several time results in fast and productive driving at the sites.

- ROTATING MOUNTING BRACKET

Bruce has developed and introduced newly developed Excavator Mounted Vibratory hammers to suit most wide range of excavator models
for driving sheet piles and adopted 360° rotatable by hydraulic motors simply which functioning is most convenient way for poisoning the
sheet pile and grabbing and moving works are easy to handle by rotatable function.
As known mainly, it is for driving and extracting the sheet piles being mounted to excavator and use the power source from existing excavator hydraulic power.
