OPERATING STRUCTURER OF BRUCE VIBRO HAMMER

The BRUCE Hydraulic Vibratory Hammer ranges from 11.5~110 kgm, with centrifugal forces from 506~2697 kN Max. Line pulls from 249 ~800 kN. and amplitudes from 22~25mm can be selected depending on the needs of the customer to suit specific project requirement. Larger models can be supplied upon request. Most BRUCE Hydraulic Vibratory Hammers are equipped with high quality hydraulic motors, bearings and 2~8 Eccentrics depending on the model. The standard frequencies of our vibratory hammers are 1500 rpm, 1600 rpm and 2000 rpm, depending on the model. A variety of other frequencies are also available upon request. Excavator mounted vibratory hammers are also available upon request and range from 20~50 tons.

The BRUCE Hydraulic Vibratory Hammer is well known for its fine machined components consisting of core parts inside the gear box and related hydraulic connection system. Therefore, the vibratory hammer matches centrifugal force and amplitude of the vibrations to the soil condition with a speed dial on the hammer’s power pack or through a remote control. This allows users to adjust the frequency of the vibration depending on the soil condition at each individual jobsite.

BRUCE Vibro hammers have both universal single clamp for sheet pile or H-Beam pile and caisson clamps of the double clamp for casing pile, Robust structure with specialized alloy steel casting and powerful cylinder of a clamp in handling a pile safety and convenient work can be done. Heavy-duty clamp cylinder equipped with a check valve to keep cylinder pressurized in case of hose damage and alloy steel ensures the longer life. There are two jaws of Moveable and Fixed jaws which material is durable highest alloy steel can be controlled and moved for clamping the piles by simply Remote Control Pendant. The Bruce double clamp has a Piston Auto Locking system allowing clamp can be fixed to the beam safely, easy and convenient. Clamp ranges for sheet pile.
