BRUCE SGH-1012 working at Dynamic Compaction

The conventional Dynamic Compaction has been processed by utilizing repeated applications of the impact delivered by
a large mass weighing from 10 to 50 tons and giving them a free fall from the top. Normally 10-30 meters of height is required to create high energy waves within the ground to achieve a desired friction grip and densification on the ground.

This type of working method is somewhat not an accurate way of reaching to
    appropriate densification but anyways it
    happens until these days.
The overall design of the treatment should be in accordance with the total energy imparted to
soils per square meter on site. This technique is just fit for application to granular soils rather than cohesive soils
because the sandy soils can easily lose and liquefy their friction grip each other. It fills and serves to improve the bearing
capacity and ground settlement for the foundations of civil constructions, embankments and where loose soils can be
improved to render them serviceable. Dynamic Compaction is benefitted for the foundation providing a very economical
    working method.

BRUCE SGH-1012 equipped with a specially made auxiliary cap for Dynamic Compaction instead of an existing cap for piles turns to Dynamic Compaction to obtain the bearing capacity on the ground.

It is slightly differ from the conventional way of dropping a heavy
weight repeatedly to the ground at a regular interval but it was successfully completed by putting high impacts on the ground with
a 38 blows per minute at a maximum stroke. 10 tons of ram exhibiting
12 tons of maximum potential energy moves downward under its own
weight and works well as the soil disturbance due to vibration causes
the soil particles to move into a denser configuration. It¡¯s a higher
    degree of compaction !

BRUCE SGH-1012 is powered by PQ-250 power pack that is quite convertible for both regular pile driving and Dynamic Compaction. The advantage of PQ-250 is that all the operating functions can be controlled by a remote control box that leads to operators focus more on current tasks

A good looking and closed loop top hydraulic system for reliability and quick and simple equipment serviceability make BRUCE a good and economical alternative in the construction sites.
