Vibratory Hammers & Sheet Pile Driving
BRUCE Vibro Hammer & Casing Pile Driving
The BRUCE Hydraulic Vibratory Hammer is a hydraulic operated vibratory hammer used for driving sheet pile & H-Beam pile driving, casing pile as well as extracting the piles. It is simple and reliable, yet versatile, design allows for highly efficient, easy operation. Based on extensive studies, the BRUCE Hydraulic Vibratory Hammer uses sound waves – or vibrations – to greatly reduce or even eliminate ground resistance, making our pile drivers some of the best in the industry
BRUCE Vibro hammers are equipped with high-quality elastomers which guarantee good shock absorbing and long service life. Elastomers design makes the Vibro Hammer change elastomers easy and safely
ROBUST, DURABLE HYDRAULIC CLAMPS & WIDE RANGE OF MODELS
BRUCE Vibro hammers have both universal single clamp for sheet pile or H-Beam pile and caisson clamps of the double clamp for casing pile, Robust structure with specialized alloy steel casting and powerful cylinder of a clamp in handling a pile safety and convenient work can be done. Heavy-duty clamp cylinder equipped with a check valve to keep cylinder pressurized in case of hose damage and alloy steel ensures the longer life. There are two jaws of Moveable and Fixed jaws which material is durable highest alloy steel can be controlled and moved for clamping the piles by simply Remote Control Pendant. The Bruce double clamp has a Piston Auto Locking system allowing clamp can be fixed to the beam safely, easy and convenient. Clamp ranges for sheet pile. H-Beam, Pipes and Caisson and other profiles are available on request.
OPTIMUM MATCH TO THE VIBRO PROJECT
The BRUCE Vibro hammers are an efficient hydraulic vibratory hammer that produces vertical vibrations to drive or extract a wide variety of pile profiles that will help you finished the job done in planned project schedule.
A HANDHOLD REMOTE CONTROL PENDANT
Each hammer comes with a handheld remote control standard to allow for more comfortable and accurate operation, helping you get the job done with ease at any location. Using the remote control, you can easily start and stop the hammer, adjust its speed with ease and close the clamp. It also comes with an emergency stop function for your safety.
BRUCE VIBRO MANAGES THE SOIL CONDITION
The BRUCE Hydraulic Vibratory Hammer is well known for its fine machined components consisting of core parts inside the gear box and related hydraulic connection system. Therefore, the vibratory hammer matches centrifugal force and amplitude of the vibrations to the soil condition with a speed dial on the hammer’s power pack or through a remote control. This allows users to adjust the frequency of the vibration depending on the soil condition at each individual job site.
PROOF ECCENTRIC CONCEPT OF A GEAR
The Eccentrics are made of high quality steel and accurately machined to guarantee equal centrifugal Force to each eccentric. The Eccentrics that are connected with gears to maintain a proper synchronization, vibration proof, qualified gear and eccentric to gear fasteners guaranteeing a trouble-free and effective pile driving works. Our eccentrics are made with high quality steel and accurately machined to guarantee equal centrifugal force. They provide properly synchronized, vibration-proof gears and gear fasteners for trouble-free, effective pile driving. Computer generated 3D modular designs for gear box components ensure a perfect center of gravity.
VARIETY RANGE OF VIBRO HAMMERS
The BRUCE Hydraulic Vibratory Hammer ranges from 11.5~220 kgm, with centrifugal forces from 506~4,610 kN Max. Line pulls from 249 ~1,800 kN. and amplitudes from 22~30mm can be selected depending on the needs of the customer to suit specific project requirement. Larger models can be supplied upon request. Most BRUCE Hydraulic Vibratory Hammers are equipped with high quality hydraulic motors, bearings and 2~16 Eccentrics depending on the model. The standard frequencies of our vibratory hammers are 1500 rpm, 1600 rpm and 2000 rpm, depending on the model. A variety of other frequencies are also available upon request. Excavator mounted vibratory hammers are also available upon request and range from 20~50 tons.
