Vibratory Hammer Manufacturer | 2026 Global Export Models For Sale
I. Engineering Foundations of Vibratory Piling
As a global vibratory hammer manufacturer, BRUCE Piling Equipment (Shinsegae Powerquip) integrates precision engineering with high-frequency oscillation technology. With over 27 years of manufacturing experience and ISO 9001 certification, BRUCE supplies SGV series vibratory hammers to contractors in more than 80 countries.
The engineering philosophy centers on soil liquefaction efficiency. Balanced eccentric weights rotate in opposite directions inside the gearbox. Horizontal force components cancel out. Vertical centrifugal force is transmitted directly into the pile via the clamp. This allows steel profiles to penetrate dense geologies with reduced resistance — without impact energy.
Remote Control and Real-Time Soil Adaptation
Every BRUCE SGV model includes a handheld Remote Control Pendant with a Flow Adjust volume dial. Operators adjust pump flow — and therefore centrifugal force and frequency — in real time. This matches machine output to actual soil resistance at every depth. It prevents over-driving in soft layers and maintains penetration rate in dense strata.
A computer 3D modular design is used for gearbox components to achieve a perfect center of gravity. This ensures long-term gear and bearing life across all operating conditions.
II. Global Export and Technical Support
BRUCE Piling Equipment ships SGV vibratory hammers and PQ-V power packs factory direct from its manufacturing facility in Siheung, Gyeonggi-do, Korea. Equipment has been supplied to projects across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
Proven Export Track Record
BRUCE holds a 2024 designation as a Specialized Trading Company by the Minister of Korea Trade, Industry and Energy. It is also a member of the Korea International Trade Association and the Pile Driving Contractors Association (USA).
Key international project references include the Sakonnet River Bridge (Rhode Island, USA) with the SGH-4719, the Hathaway Bridge (Florida, USA) with the SGH-3013, and the Chincoteague Channel Bridge (Virginia, USA) with the SGH-2015. The SGV-40 Excavator Mounted Vibro Hammer was successfully deployed at Christchurch Public Hospital (New Zealand) in a vibration-sensitive environment adjacent to MRI and brain scanner equipment.

III. SGV Series Export Model Technical Data
The BRUCE SGV crane-suspended vibratory hammer series covers the full range of pile driving requirements — from light sheet piling to heavy offshore casing work. All models operate at a maximum pressure of 320 bar.
| Model | Eccentric Moment (kgm) | Centrifugal Force (kN) | Max Frequency (vpm) | Max Hydraulic Power (kW) | Suitable Power Pack |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SGV-200 | 26 | 840 | 1,730 | 191 | PQ-350V |
| SGV-400 | 48 | 1,545 | 1,710 | 297 | PQ-500V |
| SGV-600 | 79 | 2,502 | 1,700 | 397 | PQ-800V |
| SGV-1000 | 110 | 3,045 | 1,590 | 581 | PQ-1000V |
| SGV-2000 | 220 | 4,610 | 1,380 | 900 | PQ-1600V |
Excavator-mounted models (SGV-40, SGV-60, SGV-80E) are available for 20–50 ton excavators. These connect directly to the excavator hydraulic supply — no separate power pack required. Tilting models (SGV-40T, SGV-60T) add 90° hydraulic tilt and 360° hydraulic rotation for single-operator pile positioning.

Technical Procurement and Support FAQ
BRUCE supplies SGV vibratory hammers and PQ-V power packs directly to contractors and piling companies worldwide. Inquiries are submitted via the BRUCE engineering desk at powerquip.co.kr.
Model selection is confirmed based on your pile specifications, soil investigation data, and host machine hydraulic output. BRUCE has supplied equipment to projects in over 80 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
The SGV series is designed with simplicity as a core principle. This allows easy maintenance and prompt troubleshooting on both the control and mechanical side. The Remote Control Pendant provides a user-friendly interface for field operators.
For complex engineering challenges, BRUCE’s 27-year manufacturing background covers projects from hospital-adjacent urban sheet piling to heavy offshore casing drives. Technical documentation, brochures, and video content are available at the BRUCE Technical Hub.
High-wear components include elastomer rubbers, clamp cylinder seals, and hydraulic fittings. The SGV suppressor design allows elastomers to be changed easily and safely without major disassembly. The clamp cylinder check valve maintains pressure even in case of hose damage — protecting against unplanned stops on site.
