The engineering philosophy centers on soil liquefaction efficiency. Balanced eccentric weights rotate in opposite directions inside the gearbox. Horizontal force components cancel out. Vertical centrifugal force is transmitted directly into the pile via the clamp. This allows steel profiles to penetrate dense geologies with reduced resistance — without impact energy.

Remote Control and Real-Time Soil Adaptation

Every BRUCE SGV model includes a handheld Remote Control Pendant with a Flow Adjust volume dial. Operators adjust pump flow — and therefore centrifugal force and frequency — in real time. This matches machine output to actual soil resistance at every depth. It prevents over-driving in soft layers and maintains penetration rate in dense strata.

A computer 3D modular design is used for gearbox components to achieve a perfect center of gravity. This ensures long-term gear and bearing life across all operating conditions.

II. Global Export and Technical Support

BRUCE Piling Equipment ships SGV vibratory hammers and PQ-V power packs factory direct from its manufacturing facility in Siheung, Gyeonggi-do, Korea. Equipment has been supplied to projects across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.

III. SGV Series Export Model Technical Data

The BRUCE SGV crane-suspended vibratory hammer series covers the full range of pile driving requirements — from light sheet piling to heavy offshore casing work. All models operate at a maximum pressure of 320 bar.

Excavator-mounted models (SGV-40, SGV-60, SGV-80E) are available for 20–50 ton excavators. These connect directly to the excavator hydraulic supply — no separate power pack required. Tilting models (SGV-40T, SGV-60T) add 90° hydraulic tilt and 360° hydraulic rotation for single-operator pile positioning.
